KIET Group of Institutions, Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad celebrated the Republic day with full gusto and enthusiasm and pledged to support the campaign roll out of Covid 19 Vaccine by disseminating the information among all students and faculty members for ensuring maximum outreach through them.

The director KIET, Dr A Garg, shared that the institute is ready to contribute in the successful implementation of this drive which will be a big step towards mitigating the impact of this pandemic and will be our true service to the nation.

As we all are aware our country has very effectively faced an unprecedented public health crisis for the past several months in the form of COVID-19 and the Government has even rolled-out the vaccination programme, we feel contented to share that that the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has shown its belief in the University Networks and online talk platforms and requested them to come forward in helping them share the factually correct and prompt information and updates on vaccine benefits and rollout progress with the common people of the country. We, at KIET, have joined hands for this beautiful cause and initiated the same on the Republic Day 2021.

The 72nd Republic Day has been a special one for the members of KIET Group of Institutions as they not only celebrated it on in the blended mode. Online as well as physical form but also experiences their sense of responsibility for the nation. As always KIET being the trailblazer shouldered its responsibility and the KIET School of Pharmacy, under the banner of its Ayushman Club organized a Nukkad Natak on this special occasion wherein the students depicted benefits of Covaxin to inspire and encourage the citizens of India to get vaccinated as they get their turns.

Further, KIET Group of institutions intends to continue the effort in this direction by involving maximum students, mentors and faculty members of the institute to create a chain of volunteers who would visit the various villages and spread awareness among the public regarding the benefits of the vaccine. This will certainly encourage them to receive the vaccine with an open mind.
