Significance of Navratri colors

Each of the nine days of Navratri are dedicated to the nine avatars of Goddess Durga - the Goddess of Shakti or power. Each of the nine colors of Navratri symbolises the quality of the Devi.

Yellow: The first day of Navratri is for Shailaputri - daughter of the mountains. She is symbolises mountains and strength. Yellow is the color of brightness, happiness, and cheer. So wear yellow , it is the wonderful way to start off the nine-day celebration.

Green: The second day of Navratri is for Goddess durga , Green color symbolises growth, nature, and energy.

Grey: The third is of Devi is Chandraghanta. She has a gray-colored half-moon on her forehead. The grey also symbolises mood, so as its 3rd day we all are now in full mood to dress up and njoy garba.

Orange: The fourth is of Goddess Durga is Kushmanda. She is the god of brightness like sun. She is powerful. So be in orange colour , and have all the shine and happiness in u .

White: The fifth is of Devi is Skandamata . This godess is having the mother love , the colour is White .

Be in white combination and dress up with purity and serene and enjoy the garba with peace inside.

Red: The sixth is of Devi Katyayani. . the color red is associated with her. Red also symbolises action and energy ,dress up more with red colour and have full energy and action to rock the stage.

Royal Blue: The seventh is of Devi is Kaalratri.Her powerful energy is embodied in the color blue.

Dress up in blue and make others jealous of you.

Pink: The eighth is of Devi is Mahagauri. She is the full of desires and love , hope and freshness .so wear more of pink today and be fresh ,and hope , with ur heart full of love and enjoy 

Purple: The ninth day is of Devi is Siddhidatri. She is thr goddess to fullfill ur ambitions ,Hence, wear the color purple represent ambition and power..
