Bangaluru citizens fighting to save 19th century heritage tower

Citizens in Bengaluru are fighting to save A 19 th century heritage structure -- a tower from the Great Trigonometrical Survey of India, in Sampigehalli in Jakkur. The citizens want the government to move the construction elsewhere so that the scientifically valuable structure can be saved along with the Venkatesh pura lake.
